You can see your assets and debts down to the cent on any given date if you put in the effort to track them. Thinking about getting a new ride? Just plug in the figures and figure out where the cash will come from. The same applies to paying off loans or planning for retirement savings. Simply create a new 'account' and set up a recurring transaction. Jump ahead a year to see what’s in store. Tweak things, try new approaches, and learn. Stop stressing. Be sure. Enjoy life.

Even though the iOS app seems a bit old-fashioned, the idea of managing a budget through a calendar is brilliant. I'm really into this concept! I do hope the website and app get a serious upgrade, but I still strongly suggest CalendarBudget for anyone looking to take charge of their finances. It does take some discipline, but this tool makes it a lot simpler. And once those auto-entries are set up, I can totally see it being even more awesome.
